The Cotopaxi Foundation provides grants to nonprofit organizations helping communities around the world experiencing extreme poverty. To date, we’ve impacted an estimated 4.25 million lives by improving access to health, education, and livelihoods.
We focus our efforts primarily on the poorest communities in Latin America, investing in healthcare, education, and livelihoods – sectors that MIT’s Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) has identified as having great potential for poverty reduction. In addition, we support our grantees in their humanitarian relief efforts around the world, as well as non-profits in the U.S. dedicated to improving education, healthcare, and livelihoods.
The Cotopaxi Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that distributes at least 1% of Cotopaxi’s (PBC) revenue in the form of philanthropic grants. We are also open to donations to our foundation, which directly benefits beneficiaries and impact programs at 100%.
The Cotopaxi Foundation supports leading organizations that help improve the living standards of communities in poverty. The foundation supports its partners with multi-year grants to achieve lasting impact through long-term programs. We do not accept grant applications.
