DHL
An order is normally presented to DHL by us within 24 hours (within consecutive working days). After your order has been picked up, you will receive a track & trace code. Please note that it may take several hours for this link to work. Via the DHL email, you can directly choose your delivery date, time slot, and location online. The day before delivery, you will receive an email with the scheduled delivery time. If this time is not convenient, you can immediately choose a different time or location (e.g., your neighbors) online (until 11:59 PM). Therefore, please ensure that you enter your email address correctly.

Missed your delivery?
If you missed the delivery driver, you will receive an email. If you do nothing, the driver will try to deliver the package again the next day. However, if desired, you can also use the link in the email to indicate that you want to pick up your package the next day at the nearest DHL ServicePoint. You can also choose to change your delivery time or specify a different location (until 11:59 PM). You can even change the delivery time multiple times.

During the delivery process, you can also set up notifications for relevant moments.
